Empowering Every Marginalized Child in Rural India

We engage, enable and empower tribal children and communities across rural India — building schools, nurturing talent, and creating pathways to safe, dignified, and self-reliant lives.

Our Core Pillars

Our work is built around four interconnected pillars that create the foundation for education, health & well-being, sports & talent development, and economic advancement of tribal children across marginalized rural communities.

Working with communities, schools, institutions and partners to extend meaningful support.

6

Our Mission & Values

Not Just Aid.

True Empowerment.

True empowerment for tribal children goes beyond immediate relief. It begins with building basic infrastructure — toilets, libraries, and classrooms — grows through healthcare and menstrual hygiene programs, and creates pathways toward lasting independence through education, STEM, and the residential Last Person Academy.

Holistic Support

Protection, development, and economic opportunity work together.

Community Empowerment

Create the conditions for tribal children and communities to realize their full potential.

Through Care

Project Infrastructure

Building toilets, libraries, classrooms, and boundary walls at remote primary schools across Purulia and Bankura — giving children safe, functional spaces to learn and grow.

Girl Child Enablement

Installing sanitary napkin dispensers and incinerators at schools to keep girls in education — addressing the 23 million girls who drop out annually due to lack of menstrual hygiene facilities.

Health & Nutrition

Providing potable drinking water through cooler-dispenser installations and assessing healthcare access in rural nursing homes and hospitals across the Rural India region.

STEM Labs

Bringing practical science, technology, engineering and mathematics learning into rural schools.

Last Person Academy

A residential campus near Bishnupur (West Bengal), where children from rural communities receive a holistic education including STEM, yoga, creative arts and a structured daily routine that prepares them not only for examinations, but for life.

Cultural & Social Outreach

Partnering with local cultural institutions to showcase children's talent, felicitating academic achievers at book fairs, and honoring tribal women through community events.

Our Approach

engage. enable. empower.

engage

We travel to remote tribal communities across Rural India to understand their challenges firsthand from crumbling school infrastructure to the lack of basic toilets and drinking water.

enable

We build toilets, libraries, classrooms, and boundary walls. We install sanitary napkin dispensers, water coolers, and STEM labs — giving communities the infrastructure they need.

empower

Through the Last Person Academy, we provide residential education, mentorship, yoga, creative arts, and vocational skills — building confident, independent young citizens.
