Bringing STEM Education to Rural Classrooms

By LPDF Team · June 2026

How STEM Labs are helping rural students explore practical science and technology learning.

The Challenge

A partnership gave us the opportunity to bring STEM education directly into rural classrooms — something that felt out of reach just a year earlier.

Our Approach

Each school received a fully equipped STEM lab, digital smart boards, hands-on STEM kits, and AI literacy tools, along with training for teachers to make the most of the new resources.

The Impact

Students who had never touched a computer are now running basic experiments and coding simple programs — a small but meaningful step toward closing the digital divide in Rural India.
